Fact or Fiction... Illegal Immigrants, or "Undocumented Workers" cost the United States taxpayers BILLIONS of dollars each year, and are responsible for states like California's massive budget deficits. Beyond that, they do not seem to be held accountable to the same laws that American citizens are. Indeed, in some cases, "undocumented" immigrants are seen as almost above the law.
